The Doctrine of Sin

Episode five focuses on the Biblical Doctrine of Sin. A set of beliefs describing the basic characteristics of sin; its essence, origin and effect.

As the concept of evil is any position taken against the will of God, so too is sin, any action or thought that is evil. As a result, the Doctrine of Sin can be simply stated as replacing the will of God with something or someone else.
